Our case study concerns a client who had created a new real estate portal with innovative features but no success in SEO. Since SEO was essential to the portal’s business model, we were tasked with designing and implementing a customized SEO strategy. Our case study involves a client in the real estate industry who had created an innovative portal but was having visibility problems due to ineffective SEO. The client commissioned us to develop a customized SEO strategy to improve the portal’s search engine ranking.
After a careful analysis of the site and market, we defined specific goals, including improving site structure and user experience, increasing visibility on search results pages, and improving traffic quality. The client had created millions of pages for search queries, which required special attention to SEO technique to make them all unique.
To achieve these goals, we performed a technical SEO audit to identify areas for improvement, developed an effective keyword strategy, set up copywriting tools, and optimized site content and search engine indexing. In addition, we optimized the crawl budget to improve search engine efficiency in crawling the site.
Thanks to our customized SEO strategy, the real estate portal went from 1,500 users per month to 90,000 users per month in a short time. Unfortunately, due to business closure and sale to another owner, we were unable to continue the site optimization work, but we were pleased with the result.
